WOULD YOU LIKE TO WORK IN A PATCHWORK SHOP?

Since our Beth has gone back to study we find we need an extra person 1 day a week who can also fill in when others are on holidays or away sick. Our lovely Lee has been home with the flu this week.

If you think you would like to be part of our Patchwork Angel team you will need to have a reasonable knowledge of Patchwork ( no need to be an expert but to have the passion), if you have some retail experience it would be helpful but is not essential. You must be able to be flexible with hours though as it seems everyday brings change at the moment. There will possibly be a Saturday here and there too.

You will be part of a passionate, fun team who really enjoy what they do.

Be warned the girls all compain that they seem to spend most of their wages on yummy fabric!!

A SAD TIME.

You may have heard me talk of a group of friends of mine The Bossy Stitchers affectionately known as the Bossies!

This is a sad week as we say good bye to one of our members who passed away on Tuesday.

Our dear Janet.

The Bossies are a group of 9 women who came together to stitch but as it is with patchworkers we proceeded to stitch together, laugh together, eat together, drink together (sometimes a little too much) and yes we have even cried together.Janet was one of us. She was our friend and we will miss her.

Value your friends you never know how long you will get to share with them.
