HAPPY PATCHWORKERS

Last Friday we had a visit from a group of Patchwork called the Star Sea Patchwork group who were heading off on their first retreat. Thanks to Karen and Rosslyn for organising bringing your lovely group of happy ladies to visit us. Here are most of the ladies ready to head off to Gympie for the rest of their fun weekend. I had to stand on the counter to get this shot!

Now one of the group is Joy from Joy Patch patterns

Seeing as she was coming I got her to bring some patterns ready for the show in Mapleton this weekend. She has also loaned me her sample of HONEYBUN SEWING SET to have on display.

Now I just have to show you this lovely quilt which our Jenny is teaching in the shop tomorrow.

It is called FRENCH ROSES. Jenny has done hers Quilt as You Go using 1930's fabrics. We think it is adorable! In fact I think I love it more than the dark one we have in the shop.

If you are on the coast make sure you come and visit me at our stand at the Quilt Show in Mapleton this Saturday 10am -4pm or Sunday 10am -3pm.
