BUDERIM PATCHWORK GROUP

The Buderim Patchwork group of which I am an absent member has a great blog I thought you might like to have a peek at. Jenny, Fiona and Lee are all members of the Thursday night group there. Here are a couple of photos I have borrowed from the BLOG but have a look at lots more here.

Here is our Fiona (aka Quilting Fairy) with her Hexagon quilt she started when she took her family on their USA holiday a couple of Christmas's ago. We think it looks great don't you.

We helped Jane choose the fabrics for this lovely quilt from the French General Rural Gardin range. The design is "Carnival of Stars" from Kookaburra Cottage. Jane is a good friend of our Jenny's. There is a whole group at the moment who are hooked on hexagon quilts ranging from 1/2" through to 1&1/4" like Fiona's. Have a look at all the papers here.
